Pro Football Weekly floats the idea that the Texans could release Jacoby Jones if they use a high draft pick on a wide receiver.

The Houston Chronicle's John McClain does believe the Texans will draft a wideout at No. 26, and the Texans stashed an interesting long-term prospect in Lestar Jean on their injured reserve list last season. It's conceivable that Jean could beat out Jones in training camp at receiver. The Texans would still have a hard time replacing Jones' punt return production. Mar 4 - 2:31 PM
