12 hours and 15 minutes on the smoker and all I can say is wow. Some of the best meat I have ever tasted for sure... Not sure if I liked the brisket I smoked a while back or today's pulled pork more.

I don't have a smoker, but I made soem killer pulled pork for my superbowl party. Put it in my slow cooker for like 7 hours in some root beer. It was really good. I had a lot of food at my house, but the 15 or so pounds of pulled pork was all gone by halftime.

Wow, that's some party! We had hot wings cooked on a Big Green Egg cooker. That thing is awesome... you could make a shoe taste good on one of those. For anyone serious about cooking out, who hasn't heard of them, check out their site.
