Saints in BIG trouble...

you had better hope your coach and general manager don't have the same attitude you do about this whole thing. you better hope they are crying and groveling on the floor and licking goodell's boots to get some leniency.

you are so concerned about what you can do to keep your team ahead that you've entirely lost sight of the moral compass so crucial to keeping the sport safe and fun.

it's people like you that end up like joe paterno and sean payton. too obsessed with accomplishment and personal accolades to consider the greater picture that so many before you have fought to build.

shame on you, you reeking sack of frothing twats, shame shame shame on you.

Once again do you understand that Panther fans have zero as in NO credibility when it comes to accusing another team of anything after their tainted past?????

See, it has nothing to do with what happened on the field, that's the press and fans of teams the Saints have been stomping that are bringing up that angle!

i wasn't aware the saints lured opposing offensive players into their lockerroom and tried to injure them before the game. if that's the case i guess you have a point, and the charges should be criminal.

"on the field" is your best friend legally. abandoning it for the locker room argument is the worst position anyone in that organization could take.

Oh, they don't... Payton and Benson have been in NYC for several days now begging for mercy.

Saints fans, ask yourself this: if the punishment really wasn't going to be a big deal would your HC and owner be spending a few days in NYC "discussing" it with the commissioner?

do you understand what an ad hominem fallacy is? it's latin for "to the person" which essentially means you're attacking the person making the argument as an answer to the argument.

you're doing that here, and according to the principles of logic that are the foundations of modern rational thinking, you are caveman incapable of linear thought. :mad2:

Here is NFL rule violated by Saints and reason for discipline:

All payouts for specific performances in a game, including interceptions or causing fumbles, are against NFL rules

See, it has nothing to do with what happened on the field, that's the press and fans of teams the Saints have been stomping that are bringing up that angle!

.. So now specific performances IN A FUGGING GAME!!!! Have nothing to do with what happens on the field?

What's that? You have a pit in your stomach because the greatest offense in the history of the NFL is going to return everyone?

The Rams are getting the Greatest Show on Turf back? Aren't most of those guys kinda old?

I assumed that's who you meant because you can't claim "greatest offense in history" without winning a playoff game, so last year's Saints don't qualify.

Do you understand what contradictio in adjecto means? It's really what your argument or lack thereof has been through this thread. Please do a little more research before you attempt to stand up to my logic.
