Actually it'd be quite funny if Cam Jordan were our QB, considering he plays defensive end for the Saints.

If you're gonna troll, at least be good at it.

Good catch, I gave you Some pie for that!

How is it minuscule? In one case, a player is breaking the rules to improve his own performance. Terrible, bad, and needs to be stopped - and it was. It was isolated and did not appear to be something that the organization as a whole was supporting.

In the other case, players were conspiring with one another, with coaches and with friends of the team, to promote injuring other players on opposing teams by creating systems that rewarded injuring others, breaking rules and being just general assholes in the first place.

It's telling you think that an individual breaking rules for his own personal gain is worse than a wholesale corruption of a team by team leaders in order to injure other players. Both are bad... But one is a player (or a small group of players) making a poor decision, the other goes far beyond that.

Are you out of your mind or just mentally challenged??? You are seriously saying that taking illegal banned substances is not as bad as a coach saying hit a guy so hard legally that you take them out? You are just like the media saying that there was some type of conspiracy to hurt people by illegal hits. Guess what, Saints weren't even in the top 10 in the league in fines or penalties during the alleged years this went on. 80% of the NFL players have come out and said every team has players and some coaches that tell the players to hit a guy and knock him out of the game and you want to compare that to taking illegal drugs. What a ignorant thing to say

Well the difference is the Panther were juicing on Steriods which is cheating because it gives them an unfair advantage wheras the issue with Saints is a rule about receiving monies other than what's in contract and did not have anything to do with anything on the field.

Funny, when Cam Jordan is your QB, it's funny how moral and ethical everyone has become over a few extra dollars handed out, especially when Cam is the posterboy for taking off field money. Let's not forget he's an admired thief of a laptop that he threw out the window when the cops came?!

There is an old saying, people in glass houses shouldn't throw stones!

Did you seriously just type this? I called you dumb in my last post, but I'm going to let you know that you can now consider than a compliment because you're somewhere below that. I'm pretty sure the piece of grass that was hanging out of my dogs ass, that caused him to drag his ass on the sidewalk to be rid of, has more intelligence than you.

Saints fan are still too stupid to get it... this was INSTITUTIONALIZED rule breaking.

We're not talking about a few guys taking some sauce, or a couple players getting to together and deciding to pool some money for the guy that lays the biggest hit, we're talking about institutionalized rule breaking that goes right up to the HC and GM of the organization.

If you can't discern the difference between that and a few guys taking some sauce, then I pity you... it's no wonder 80% of New Orleans is on welfare.

I think Hit Squads are illegal in most states.

... Only a saints fan would say that a pool for knocking players out of the game, did not have anything to do with anything on the field... Seriously, somewhere in the universe a black hole was created due to the incredible density of your stupid.

What was Cam's punishment for taking that money again? Oh right!

You should let the NFL know that the Saints weren't even in the top 10 then in penalties, because from 2009 to 2011, the Saints were top 3 in unnecessary roughness, facemasking, roughing the passer, personal fouls and unsportsmanlike conduct according to the NFL. You should let them know how wrong they are. http://espn.go.com/blog/nfcwest/post/_/id/59964/saints-bounty-system-and-the-rams for a source. You can surely fine contact information for the nfl on nfl.com :P

This is not about the hits the Saints made on players, this is about what happened off the field. Obviously, steroid use was a terrible thing and needed to be taken care of... but it was not evidence of corruption within the team going all the way to the head coach as is the case here. Your coaching staff promoted the injuring of players on other teams, during the same period that the entire NFL was trying to emphasize player safety being the number one priority. Do you understand how bad that is?
