anyone else think that all the players coming out and defending what the saints did is an incredibly dumbass move on their part? that's just asking for the nfl to come to their doorsteps and sniff around for any evidence of their franchises doing it as well... I mean if this is as big of a deal as the NFL is trying to make it out to be, your best move would be to keep your mouth shut and go about your business and hope your ass doesn't get caught too...

It's arrogance plain and simple...and it says something about their character. You don't have to be a malicious thug to be an intense, hard hitting, feared defender.

Saints fans are refusing to admit that the team fuged up. They are pointing fingers at everyone else, even Goodell, but themselves. I've never seen a franchise so eat up with themselves.

Essentially what we are talking about is people in a business taking out contracts to injure another person to the point where they can no longer function. Since it happens within an organization that does business across state lines, it falls under the jurisdiction of the FBI. This could get really ugly for the NFL if each team is officially labelled as organized crime.
