You hit the nail on the head. Even though some other teams may have bounty systems in place, these are between the players only. The Aints' involved pretty much the whole organization. Heads will roll.

The funny thing is that my entire family is Saints fans, and they are completely delusional.

Payton and staff should be gone, never again allowed to enter an NFL stadium.

Saints are lucky they have no hall of fame quality players, becayse they would not be allowed.

Players would have to be pretty stupid and short sighted to go along with a plan to intentionally do potentially crippling physical damage to players.

The scope of the investigation, the amount of documentation, and the timing tells me the NFL aren't going to fug around when passing sentence.

I'm guessing NO will be made an example of. Especially when you take in consideration the heavy emphasis on player safety during the labor dispute.

I don't think this scandal really effected their Super Bowl run, as they didn't really hurt any big name player to get further.

They banged Favre up pretty good with some questionable hits.

Just have to wonder where the players union will turn on this. I think any team member or coach that comes up with such a policy should be whipped out of the game. This policy pays one player a few thousand dollars to cost another player his abillity to earn a living.
