It is my understanding that if a charge is dropped, you are not liable for any restitution, fines, penalties or legal fees other than your own lawyers. How did they screw you?

My car is paid off. Insurance and taxes run less than $1000 total for the year.... whoopidee doo. How much do you spend on cabs, buses, trains, friends annoyed that you don't have a car? :lol:
