Why do some colleges even bother?

For example...

March 30: Bethune-Cookman, Dartmouth

Some irrelevant school nobody has ever heard of and the least athletic of the Ivys. Not saying their kids shouldn't get a chance, but I just think it's amusing for some reason.

BC have produced people like Reshean Mathis and Nick Collins. plenty of stars come from small universities.
