But the green army man who had the radio, in charge of communications was always the one who died first in my sandbox!

Those green army men bring back only a bad memory for me. Me and a friend would dig bunkers and put them in it and then burn them out using gas and firecrackers. We lived in the boonies and had a lot of forest around (near Pisgah National Forest). Well one day we catch the leaves on fire and within minutes we had a full forest fire. The forest service responded with these huge 8 wheel drive trucks and drove them through our yard (No grass left after these monsters tore through). They got the fire out but not before it burned 3 acres and almost my neighbors house. How I avoided juvy time is beyond me. I wish I had done time after my Dad got through with me.

Damn those were the days. I remember when I hit 5'3", I was playing ball with my pops and I told him 'I'm as tall as Mugsy Bogues now. I CAN PLAY IN THE NBA!!!' The he replied, 'But you look like John Starks, and you shoot like Dennis Rodman.' I missed my 3 I was shooting. Got the rebound and took it to the hole like Larry Johnson. All I had to say to pops was 'FACE!!!'
