I moved here to Charlotte from Chicago in 1986. I was there when the Hornets were born and witnessed Charlotte's love for that team and my love for the team grew with my love for this great city.

It was a sad sad day when politics and the NBA drove OUR team out of the city. We Hornets lovers take pride in those Hornet teams just like people love their Bulls and Knicks. Take those teams away and those people would turn the city upside down.

This is our chance, the fight is not over!!! If you want em' we CAN get the Hornets(the name) back where they belong!

Oh yeah, IF you don't BEELIEVE this thread is not for you and leave us beelievers alone.

the guy who started the petition was on WFNZ yesterday afternoon and supposedly Taylor Zarzour and Marc James' twitters were ablaze about the petition yesterday evening. They both were all for it and wanted to get 100K signatures.
