chuck - I took Hanna in the 7th round, not the 5th. It's also your opinion vs others opinion's so don't take it personally.

Yes, I do agree with them. Where I differ from most fans, is that I don't like Brockers or Poe (I've watched a ton of both and their game film is very uninspiring for a 9th overall pick.) I wouldn't touch either of them at 9th, period.

All of those are needs, I just have LB higher then CB and DT in this draft for a couple of reasons.

As I said above I don't like the DT's at 9th, maybe in the 20's if the Panther's can trade back and one of them is still there.

I don't like any of the corners at 9th minus Claiborne who won't fall past TB and I really like Hogan as the starter next season. Even though we don't know what we have in him yet, so for that reason it's still a need.

LB is a major need and IMO when Carolina draft's Kuechly is going to be BPA defensively.

RT is a major need as well, Reiff can play both RT and LT in the NFL IMO, so that's the reason I listed him.

I agree that the team needs are DT, *CB* LB, and RT as the top 4.

If I was the one drafting, I'd draft Kuechly and move him to SLB, put Anderson at WLB and if Beason at MLB if he's healthy = maybe best LB corp in the NFL. If Beason isn't healthy we have an awesome MLB in Kuechly and a very good SLB in Anderson and it's easier to put someone in the lineup at SLB and cover them up if needed.

I can see guard being a need, but I think the team signs Hangman back and we could potentially draft a gem in the 5th or later. We have good Guard depth if the Panther's resign their own FA's.

Safeties is a definite need as both played poorly last season. Hence me drafting one in the second round.

Kicker = Meh, I wouldn't draft one and I think Punter is a bigger need. Maybe bring an UDFA to camp for competition, but that's it.

WR - I really like Gettis, so I wouldn't list this as a need. Rather I'd probably put DE up right behind RT or Safeties as I don't like Hardy very much as a 3 down DE.

We will disagree here I like the upside of both players and Cox and you can't teach size and speed.

I Have Cb in front of LB because Capt and Butler were so bad starting and Hogan didn't play enough. But like I said I would still like to get 2 young LB out of this draft. Just not 1st. Call me a sucker but I want to give TD 1 more try.

As I said above I don't like the DT's at 9th, maybe in the 20's if the Panther's can trade back and one of them is still there.

I like DT in the teens maybe after the pro day we will both change our minds. I also trust Rivera and Hurney so if they take 1 of the DT at 9 they must know somthing.

I like Kirk as well and Hogan is a ? right now. I'll trust The FO if they pick 1.

I like Kuechly but I really don't want to draft a LB in the top 10 unless experts say he's the next Pat Willis. Kuechly is not Pat Willis.

RT is a major need as well, Reiff can play both RT and LT in the NFL IMO, so that's the reason I listed him.

They will give Otah another year. Bell got better as the season went along and we are getting Gary Williams back. I'm good at RT for a year.

Beason has said a few times on the radio here that if the panthers had made the super bowl. He could have played. Beason will be back stronger then ever next year. I like Anderson at SLB and he isn't great in coverage so I rather him stay there. Their are actual WLB in this draft who we can draft with later picks and not spend a top ten pick on Kuechly who will be good but not a game changer like Pat Willis or Ray lewis.

I agree with this.

I rather get a vet to help the Young guys we already have not get another young guy.

I'd also like to get a DE in later rounds but I still like Hardy upside and think he fell victim to NO Training Camp due to pre camp Injury, Being a 1st Year starter in a new system, and playing beside 2 rookies. I think he will be much better next year.
