i saw a statement somewhere that they were expecting as many as 25 franchise tags this year. iirc, they said that was also 11 more than any other year.

meanwhile, panthers have all key players wrapped up. no need for a tag on anyone.

Panthers can't afford to!

I read somewhere they are in trouble next year of going over the Salary Cap with their current salaries! :eek:
