I think he's willing to sign with anyone willing to sign him. He was out of football altogether last year. The Panthers are probably his first choice due to Cam, system, proximity, and possible need at the position if we carry 3 TEs and don't bring back Shockey.

Who's hating on Barnidge? I think most assume he's going to be the #2 TE this year if Shockey isn't back. I think a guy like Patrick would be coming in as a camp body to try to compete for the #3 spot.

so for his career he's 12/31 for 242 career yards
