Congratulations! A word of advice - I STRONGLY suggest you make sure that all forms of water damage are covered in your homeowners policy, including sewer/rainwater backups. Most companies of late tend to not mention that those require riders... cheap riders, but riders nonetheless, and not CYA and asking can be a very expensive oversight.

If you already took care of that, good for you - continue celebrating :)
