Godfrey sucked 2 seasons ago because he was babysitting Richard Marshall's side of the field.

he has sucked in coverage overall every year except this past season.

he has always sucked at tackling. Including this year. He and Martin were both among the league's worst at the position.

it was not Marshall fault that Godfrey couldnt handle his responsibility back than, but Martin has regressed since coming into the league. Godfrey has improved his coverage skills some, but i like Janzen Jackson as a FS prospect

I'm a student at UT and we do NOT want Janzen Jackson. The guy is a thug and dumb one at that - he once stole my friend's Xbox then, when alerted that they were looking for whoever stole it, returned it in a bag with his number on it. He got kicked off the team for simply being a thug.

Whether people like Martin or Godfrey, TBH, after seeing what we saw over the last year, no starter should be guaranteed a job outside of Gamble, Beason, and CJ. Bring in as much competition as possible for each position and let the best man win.

Too many jobs have been safe for too long here.
