Brady Quinn can't run a vertical passing attack with an option running attack. So the idea that he would be a good option here is ridiculous. Clausen can do what Quinn can do which frankly isn't much. Quinn is going to be out in Denver. I heard that Denver is looking for 2 quarterbacks to back up The Golden Calf of Bristol. So tell me again why we would want to bring in a quarterback who is not even good enough to be The Golden Calf of Bristol's backup.

I read it was two QBs to compete with The Golden Calf of Bristol, not necessarily to back him up. In other words, they're preparing the masses to accept The Golden Calf of Bristol's getting benched because he's not a real NFL QB.
