LOL, its not gonna stop people. I have come to terms with this, Cam is gonna have this blind hate towards him for as long as he is in the NFL and honestly i wouldnt have it any other way. Hypothetically put Cam back in the draft this year with teams knowing what Cam did this year I bet the majority of teams would still draft Luck first. Not a knock on Cam but I think most people in the NFL are just that sold on Luck. Is that right or wrong? I have no idea because I haven't watched Luck play in the NFL yet like so many others apparently have.

He acknowledges that Cam worked hard last season, but it's a question because you can't prove something that hasn't happened yet. No offense, really, but I thought that was obvious.

Cam Newton continuing to work hard is NOT A FACT because it has NOT HAPPENED YET. We EXPECT him to CONTINUE working hard because he has proven to everyone that he has the work ethic. Because Cam continuing to work hard is NOT A FACT, Mayock QUESTIONS whether it will happen or not. If something is NOT A FACT, it is okay to QUESTION it. Mayock does not add his opinion in any way, shape, or form to the question. You are looking into nothing.

Cam will need to step up even more every year. You cannot ever quit learning or working as a qb. Other positions, you can catch a break. Not QB. Even within a game, Peyton goes to the sideline and studies game shots from the previous series, constantly trying to stay ahead of the defense. Cam will have to start that kind of stuff to become elite. No more sitting by himself with a towel on his head. He is no longer in college or a rookie. This upcoming season will be his most important.
