probably about the same since he would have been learning the system with LaFell and while Legs ShaNana would still be showing them the ins and outs.

No we have not forgot about Gettis, Yes we are hoping for a full recovery, and no he is not going to get cut or get 5000 yards. The man is going to come in and compete and be apart of a great thing. Thats what Im happy about, we are just getting another bullet for the gun.

David Gettis? He was better than Lafell his rookie season and we get him back this year. He could be a solid player for years to come.

He's gonna have to work really hard just to be come #3 on the depth chart, Ron doesn't just give anything to anyone. You have to earn it.

Yeah, I'm sure that Gettis took notice on how LaFell had to earn his spot to get good playing time. I think he'll be ready!!!

it would be nice to see a lot more 3 wr 1 TE 1 RB formations next season, with Smith LaFell and Gettis, that would be sweet.

Gettis definitely brings somethign to the table that LaFell just does not have.....and that is speed.

Even when we had LaFell, Naanee, Shockey, Olsen and Smitty on the field....you still only had ONE player that could really stretch the field.

I Gettis comes back even the same as his rookie year, he could be VERY valuable to the team. Line him and Smitty up wide and they definitely open up the middle of the field for LaFell, Olse, or Shockey/Barnidge.

The kind of size and speed he has is nice.
