Rentors...how much is your rent?

$800 for a 3 br house. I'm gonna buy when my lease is up, it seems like a good time to steal something.

That's what I'm doing.

You can get places for dirt cheap right now. I bought a 3BR townhome a block outside uptown for $140,000. I have a friend that just bought a nice place in Fort Mill for $140,000 that is 3 or 4 bedrooms.

I've seen places in the decent parts of suburbs for like $60,000.

Downtown Brooklyn. The rent is high because it's a "luxury building". This place in the city would run me $5000 a month! Insane. I'll be moving to a neighborhood brownstone when my lease is up, although the perks sure are nice in this place. I had a three-story condo in uptown Charlotte last year that ran $1250 a month hahaha. Silly New York and their nutty ass prices. But... it's NYC. I can't complain too much. Love it here.

Yea man, it's crazy. I've been looking at this house near Park Rd Shopping center recently and the outside is average but the inside was just renovated and isreally nice. Cherry wood floors(just refinished), all new granite counters, new paint, lights, fixtures. I might have to wiggle out of this lease I JUST signed.

Ahh, cool. What part of the city? Yeah, man, we could do that. I wonder if there's a Panthers bar? Of course not, but maybe we could start one.

i live in chelsea... talk about insane prices. i've never found a panthers bar... i've heard brother jimmy's by the garden shows games but i think that place sucks.
