That would be methane gas. Why the fug do we pay for oil when we can produce such an explosive gas ourselves?

Also, we have same issue here in US. Some dude in South Carolina went down into manhole and never came back up, so his buddy decided to go down to check on him, realizing manhole is full of methane gas, he tried to save his buddy but ended up dying as well.

Lesson? Manhole is a one giant fart. Stay away.
