Is Steve Smith a Hall of Famer right now?

So now we want to factor in systems...

but not era.

If they had a Hall of ReallyReallyGood he would be a shoe in along with the likes of Chad Johnson, Jimmy Smith, Reggie Wayne, Donald Driver, and Derrick Mason

Who isn't factoring in era? What? Burn that person at the internet stake.

But, one more thing, let's keep in mind what the voting committee would do.

(assume'd you were speaking of Reed, since that's whose been the dominant name)

Show me where I said this and I'll concede this argument.

You already conceded when you decided to go the personal route.

(pretty common tactic when your argument is too weak to hold up)

And Panthro's pretty much nailed you on the Welker thing too, as have others. You've lost on two or three fronts, not just to me.

But feel free to declare victory again. That's always convincing

I'll compile a list of personal attacks against me and my personal attacks against others and whichever list is bigger is the loser, then.

I like my chances.

Jim Kelly averaged 220 yards per game...Cam Newton threw for 300 more yards than Jim Kellys greatest year.

Jake Delhomme averaged 211 yards per game...9 yards less but to you it's a COMPLETELY DIFFERENT OFFENSE!!!!111111derp!!!!

Know your role. Internet winning lol

No.... as others have said, way too many ahead of him, more who will be getting in line ahead of him, and a very selective process with very limited openings each year... Frankly I don't even think he is close.

But he doesn't need the HOF, he will be one of the panthers held in high regards around the team, fans and will be given a special spot.
