I stated this on the previous page, that would have been ideal but NY could have read into it reacted to it with more room to work and fallen down. With them being so close to the end zone it didn't give Bradshaw much time to think.

2-4 plays earlier they were trying to stop the Giants so they only needed a field goal.

it looked like this to me:

I swear he "pretended" to let his momentum take him in. He was tip toeing torwards the goal line and somehow he managed to go in backwards when he was bacially stopped sideways. The G-men are terrible actors..

He did the right thing, whether he meant to or not doesn't matter. In that situation you HAVE to take the points that are guaranteed. I know the chances are low, but anything could've happened on the FG attempt. A bad snap, a block, a shank. Though the chances are very high, those 3 points weren't a guarantee. The touchdown, at that point, was.

I know everyone remembers when the Panthers blocked the Bucs extra point. Proof that anything can happen. Don't take risks when points are available and you are losing.
