For me its down to Coples or Jenkins

Regardless about Coples specifics, he fits a perfect need for the Jags and I don't see why they wouldn't either go with him on the line or a potential elite wide-out.

Blackmon will be gone by that pick and there's no way in hell they're reaching for Jeffery or Floyd. They're trying to hit refresh this season with a new owner, uniforms, identity, and overall trying to sell tickets...they're gonna be wanting a potential playmaker. I just don't think Coples makes it to us if we're talking about where the prospects stand as of today.

Good point. In that case..I would go Brockers and then pick up a cb in the second. OR we could trade down for more picks if we wanted to get a player like Poe (who is an absolute terror at the DT position). Anyone think we can get a 4th or 5th for Clausen? Also, why isn't anyone high on Poe the kid is a monster.

About Poe: he's tough to move but apparently doesn't move around well on his side of things...plus no one really watches Memphis football. :D Also, he's a nose tackle and we need a more versatile pressure causing DT to compliment our returning NT in Edwards. It'd be a huge plus if this type of DT could also play on the edge to help out Hardy and make subs for our hybrid 3-4 sets.

That's why I'm super high on Cox and Brockers...also I'm super high

Well it's true that the jags can pick him up, but when you're sorting out your big board, it's important just to rank all your players first and just pull the trigger on your top guy on draft day. Crazy things happen on draft day, you never know, the guy you thought was way out of reach may just fall to your lap.

On Poe, I've watched some tape of him and I'm not impressed. For a physical specimen like him, he should be very hard to block. However I constantly see him being negated by just a single guard. He's just not that good right now. BTW, I know he's raw but that's no excuse. Brockers is raw too, yet he constantly commands double teams and often does well against them. I have Poe way down in my list of wants. Right now my D line big board looks something like:

1. Brockers

2. Worthy

3a. Cox

3b. Coples

5. Still

6. Poe
