The Offseason...

...is officially upon us. No more football for a while.

Sad on the one hand, but admittedly I could use a break.

i'm looking forward to hearing about the changes they will be making to make the team better.

new/restructured contracts, FA acquisitions, who they are talking to in the draft, etc.

should be a good offseason. i'm not approaching it with the dread i did last year.

If there wasn't a long break it wouldn't be as exciting.

I think opening day is much more exciting than watching teams I don't like play in the SB

the thing that was rough going into last offseason was lack of uncertainty re: coaching staff, the QB situation, and of course the CBA.

not having to worry about any of those things makes the offseason 100% better.

Can teams start renegotiating/restructuring with their own players immediately? I can never remember..Also can teams start cutting players right away?
