playoff ticets.

Wait, so that was the regular price of the tickets or that's how much someone was selling it for?

No I am sorry. The season face at that time was 120. The Playoffs, best I can remember was around 175 or 200. That $3000 was what I saw them going for in club 3 on secondary markets. (Before scalping was legal.)

What I don't understand is I've been on stub-hub and they've already got tickets to sell for the playoff games, even though we don't know if we've got a game. So are these people selling their PSL's in the event of a playoff game or what?

If someone buys playoff tickets now, unconditionally, someone is being foolish. Tickets are worthless until the game is scheduled. Mere souvenirs

Okay, so let me iron this out. If I have any chance to get a playoff ticket in decent seats for face, I need to wait for the announcement then bound onto ticketmaster and try to get two before they're all gobbled up by ppl who're going to sell them for three thousand dollars?

When we played dallas in the 03 season playoff, seats in my section listed for $3000. That was a club seat face of $120 at that time. One seat. Hey! I am unemployed, if I get offerd $3500 or $4000 I will be tempted, but no, I will not sell. That's what it's all about.

I would sell mine for that amount. It's not like you can't watch it on TV. Then I'd turn around and pay for my Superbowl tickets with it. ;)

Two problems there. I partook to go to Panther games being a fan. And the worst problem, that money was likely paid by dallas fans. I never wish to sell my tickets to opposition fans. NO NO! Just can't do that!

    • Agreed on the last part. They can’t afford to lose all these games with Martin and Perets.
    • Yes.  And this converts directly to confidence.  Does the coach have confidence to call a deep dig or seam route?  Does Bryce have confidence in his ability to be the Alpha?  Do his teammates have confidence.  About film--when I see Cam Newton's pre-snap confidence vs. Bryce's, it is night and day.   Film--tells you if the WRs are open (why l love watching the Replay telecasts from the end zone cameras--you can see it.  I have seen 2 WRs open and Bryce's eyes are on the outlet WR or the pass rush. )  You can see progressions, and he has improved a bit--but he is very quick to rush through 1 and 2 and checkdown--that is a lack of confidence in his ability to read the defense.  I had a former NFL TE (Deems Maye) who played QB in high school (not sure about college) tell me that the best QBs read the defense by knowing where everyone will be when the ball is to arrive--not where they are.  I think his QB at the time was Humphries.  He said that Humphries would throw the ball into coverage before the cuts etc.  because he understood DB momentum, zone areas, etc.  and he could just see it.  Said so when people say nobody was open, they are usually right because nobody should be "open" when the QB has the ball--when the ball arrives, everyone should be open.  He said Humphries was never "great" but his skills were limited--from a small school--but his ability to read a defense made him never give up on a route.
    • People here get mad when I tell them I prefer Miracle Whip over Dukes
