Stewart led NFC South RBs in play time

stewart's stats have gone up when williams has been out of the picture.

Well, they ought to go up if he isn't sharing carries. This happened for just a few games in 2009, right? But they really do benefit from sharing the RB load. They stay fresh and benefit from the style difference. I think either could be a feature back, but we don't have to worry about that.

But we really don't run that much less, and it becomes a deadlier weapon with a high powered passing game. The potential of our offense with three viable rushing threats that all averaged around 5.5 ypc this past season has not been fully realized. You keep them both...

I want to see what the rushing attack can do and I want to see Chud incorporate that strength into the overall game plan for next year. Took half the season to dial it in last year IMO. He flat out didn't know what he had.

Spending mega bucks on two part time RB's will mean we score 30 pts a game next year while the D gives up 40 per game.

But hey, it sells Newton jerseys and we get to hear another year of, "yeah, our QB is better, because the other guy had a better D, so his wins don't count."

Cant wait
