Former Indianapolis Colts head coach Jim Caldwell plans to join the offensive coaching staff of the Baltimore Ravens, a league source told ESPN NFL Insider Adam Schefter.

Caldwell was never a cordnator in the nfl, probably why he went back to being a Qb coach and why basically the team fell apart when the real HC for the colts got hurt.
