I'm actually hearing that there may be a few other teams making logo modifications this season, and the Jags may be one of them, nothing official yet, but here is an artist's early rendering of what it is believed to look like:

Teal is actually a variation of the color green. We don't have that ugly color on our uniforms.

Yeah the whole idea of no keyline around it lends itself to that idea.

Then again the little inset silver box with the logo in the slick sheet might mean it'll still be on silver.

The website gave a reason for losing the white outline. Not that that doesn't mean a helmet change, but that's not why they said they did it.
