Walker had a triple-double tonight

Yeah I am on the Barnes train. I don't mind MKG but he doesn't seem like a superstar. He does a lot of things well but nothing great. He isn't someone you can rely on offenvisvely and put the ball in his hands.

And I am not too sure Biyombo is a PF. Sure doesn't posses the skills of a PF.

MKG doesn't have much of a jumper, sorta like G-Force. I would like another G-Force, but I'd take my chances with barnes. He seems to fit the mold of a very good NBA SF.

MKG doesn't have a jumper?? It may not be as good as Barnes but he's got a jumper.

Combine with he's a better rebounder, defender, passer and attacks the basket better while being younger.

He's a better scorer now then G-Force and just because he does the other things like rebounding and attack the basket doesn't mean he's sorta a Wallace clone.

MKG's range is about, at most, 17ft which for a 6'6 SF isn't good enough in the NBA. He attacks the basket well but his ball handling needs to improve.

I'll take Barnes.

Barnes is more professional and more of a class act.. just watch both of them in interviews.. if im going to invest multi-millions, ill go with the guy im sure wont be getting a DUI or whatever.. Barnes is a lockeroom guy aswell..

give me the Heel, pls

Sadly, this is one of the most ignorant posts I have seen on this forum. MKG is a great character guy and is the leader of the UK team. He started a breakfast club and invited his teammates to join him in breakfast and a pre-practice warmup/workout. MKG has all the intangibles.

Not to mention that his overall skills are better than Barnes and his work ethic is beyond words. I have no doubt that he will grow into a star in the NBA.

Btw....I HATE the Kentucky Wildcats.

He's a legit 6-7 got a long wingspan. He can hit 3's and he attacks the basket with great ball handles. Not to mention the rebounding passing and defense that you forgot to talk about.

the thing that concerns me about barnes on the next level is his ability to create a shot off the dribble or lack of it from what i've seen from him so far at carolina. i see more glen rice in his game(not a bad thing by the way) than future nba supertar that the cats need to complement walker

If we are talking MKG or Barnes, its Barnes all day long. No question.

Kembo-Hendo-Barnes-Tyrus-Bismack would make for a bright future. Throw in Mullens, DJ White, and Reggie Williams(I cant wait to see him play tonight, he can shoot lights out) and another draft and FA. This team will be in the playoffs.
