The success of Harbaugh now has college coaches back in favor. Seems the Bucs FO seem to forget how 90% of college coaches who make the jump to the NFL are complete busts.

I hope the panthers players and coaching staff are taking the hire more seriously than panthers fans are.

If our team was a reflection of some of our fanbase we would have been contracted already.

Butch Davis is probably the Bucs new DC, it depends on who he gets as a OC and QB coach on how well the Bucs will do. If he gets a decent OC, then the Bucs will surprise a few people next season.

Still don't like the hire, but if he puts a solid staff around him, then it works.
