Bucs slow down hiring HC process.

It seems that right now the Bucs FO is wanting to make the panthers life a living hell right now. By not wanting to hire a HC right now. Which mean Chud is still in the running for a HC postion. Which means the longer the Bucs wait to give their answer. The longer panthers have to wait to know if they need to go looking for a new OC. Longer we have to wait the less of a chance we have of finding a good OC down the road.
