You know what I got sick of? Seeing Captain trying to jump routes and getting burned and seeing Captain caught out of position. He's a pretty solid tackler, but he's much better in the sub package.

Cap has never been a agile player for his size and he doesnt have elite speed either. It is what separates him from guys like Brent Grimes and Brandon flowers who are also the same size but have that elite athleticism to make up for it. He is a situational player at best in the NFL.

because the rest of the cbs were so bad they didnt need to throw it in gamble's direction.

Liked Captain his first two seasons, he got victimized last season with our DT's getting pushed into the LB's and Hardy getting manhandled and CJ double teamed constantly and our LB's were mediocre aside from Anderson and occasional flashes from others. I'd give him another chance next season before giving the job to someone else.
