eli will never get out of peytons shadow he will also be the other manning

his playoff record is already > Peyton's, his playoff stats are probably going to be > Peyton's sooner rather than later, and if he wins in two weeks he will have more rings than Peyton will ever have.

Just saying. Eli isn't lil bro anymore.

Oh, one of THESE threads. AKA... whaaa whaaa our team isn't good enough so I need to make fun of others.

Good job picking the QB about to be in his second SB! Wise choice.

Are you ****ing kidding me? Way to assume you fugging ass. No way was I making fun of the guy. I want the Giants to win it all given the team that made it to the play offs. The dude is tough and the pics show it.

    • Same... With the personnel the Niners had, that defense could have been historically good in the right hands. Under Wilks they were certainly good, they didn't quite rise to that level. Honestly, I see Wilks kinda like I see Rivera: fantastic person, decent head coach. Skill wise, phenomenal DB coach, so-so DC. His greatest strength is his leadership. Hard to find many better in that department. In the Xs and Os / execution area though, not as good. Bottom Line: Wilks is the sort of coach that needs a staff that excels in those aspects of the game where he's weaker. But, like Rivera, I don't know that he scouts assistants very well. That as much as anything might be why he's not in the NFL now.
    • Clearly the best outcome for us is a Giants W. A spot or two difference in the 4th round is inconsequential. Just look at the trade value charts. A spot or two at the top of the 1st means a LOT. A spot or two in the mid-rounds? Virtually nothing.
    • Agree. I don't think I have ever heard him say anything positive, at any time, about the Panthers. Best expectation is no mention at all.
