What? They are considered an independent baptist church that has no affiliation with any association. Who is gonna stop them from calling themselves baptist, the naming police? I'm pretty sure if they can get away with picketing soldier's funerals because of the first amendment they can get away with calling themselves baptist.

For real though, several people should take their cars and get so close to the whackos vehicle that they cannot get out. Box them in for at least lenght of the funeral service. THEN maybe have the gayest dudes possible making out where they cannot escape it.

No it doesn't. Anyone can call themselves baptist, its not like they have to pass a test or something or violate a copyright or anything like that. You could start your own church and call it baptist if you wanted to, and no one could stop you.
