Chris Givens reminds me of Cruz the most out of the draft. Joe Adams does as well but he is not big enough but Givens might not be as fast as Cruz.

I'm watching the game too, and yes, Cruz is having a great day. That doesn't change the fact that Rogers had a pro bowl year, and you could argue that the 49ers don't make it to the conf championship game without him. They are paying the guy a little over $2 million.

You don't think it would have been worth it to enjoy the services of a pro bowl cornerback for a season for that kind of money? I am not saying we should sign him for next year and beyond, because the price will be out of our range, but to negate what he has done this year is a disservice to the truth.

we had a pro bowl cailber CB in Gamble. if we would have thrown that money at Rodgers than that means we would have not signed somebody from our core. not taking away from his season because he did have a nice season, but look at his front 7. they would make a mediocore CB look a lot better than he may be is what im saying.
