Claiborne vs Patrick Peterson

Who is/was the better CB coming out? And by how much?

According to the scout that was on with Zarzour yesterday, Claiborne is better right now than Peterson was coming out due to ability to see the field, read offenses, know coverages etc...but Peterson has more athletic talent. Also said that Claiborne is the ideal cornerback and likely won't be there when we pick.

Both are totally elite prospects. PP is 6'3 225 though. I like Claibornes ball skills and coverage, I would go through the roof if he fell to us.

I still think PP is better off at S if the Cardinals would be smart enough to put him there... I would rather have Claiborne as a pure CB

Claiborne is the better cover CB coming out. PP was just a better all around athlete with his return skills and strength etc....

Claiborne and it isn't close comparing them at CB, but Peterson has more athletic ability and brings a lot to ST's though.

Claiborne better CB, Peterson better athlete. I have said it for a year, Peterson got the hype because of his campaign for heisman and his return abilities.
