Actually Miami has already shown they don't feel Chud has had enough experience, and have moved on to the second round of interviews without giving Chud one. Indy doesn't appear to be heading Chud's way, as all the coordinators they've interviewed have been guys who have some tenure.

it's all about the interview experience.

at some point he's going to move on. at least right now he knows the kind of questions he's to be asked and what to do/not to do. he'll have a better idea what teams are looking for and expecting.

Yep Chud needs another year or two and he'll be ready for it. Plus his second half playcalling needs to get better.

Chud has to prove that he can be consistant with cam and the offense otherwise he's not gonna be a HC anytime soon.
