Great find! But question: was Ricky's coaching position only a 1 year trial?

Not sure. I have not heard anything about him not being retained. I think we all saw improvement this year in comparing the first few games to the last few(LaFell, Naanee). I like him in the spot. I also like his comments about Edwards.

precisely why fans need to learn patience and understanding that if a player has the tools, it still takes time to gain the knowledge to play the position.. especially with someone as raw at the position as AE.. we'll see how he grows this offseason and have a better idea on his ceiling..

this desire to cut everyone who isn't an immediate star should be dampened by this interview...

Proehl was amazing. Another player who I enjoyed just as much until the injury fiasco was patrick jeffers. Those 2 sure could find an open spot on the field.

Is Ricky staying around to do the same thing? Glad to see some positive with AE, because I feel like based on what we do in the draft and FA he will not be here next year.
