Interest in a Superbowl

How many have actually been to the Nascar HOF? I went last month for the first time, and was very impressed! I´ve never even been to a race and neither has my wife, nor my father-in-law, but everyone loved the HOF! Check it out before you bash! It may never be a cash cow, but when more word gets out that it´s actually quite nice, especially for children, the future may not be so bleak as everyone thinks. It´s definitely not a ´joke´.

I went in September for the first time. Yeah, it isn't that bad, but when you factor in what you pay to get in... not worth it at all IMO.

The only good thing is that you don't have to make your way through crowds of people. :)

What I don't like is that they call it interactive. From what I saw, instead of playing endless loops of videos, you put your entrance card on the machine and it plays then plays a video. OOOO, some interactivity going on there. /sarcasm

They have resorted to having movie nights for kids to get people in there. A friend does some work for them and they are hurting bad financially.

I mean anyone cold have taken 10 seconds to tell them it wasn't going to be successful.

Exactly. It is also about extra things to do in the area before and after the game is over. Charlotte doesnt offer much to do besides the game itself.

Jacksonville does suck, but it is an hour from Orlando, and that is where alot of those people went after the game. A lot of people actually booked their hotels in Orlando, and drove up to Jax just for the game.

Maybe if you drive 150mph. It's more like 2 1/2 - 3 hours depending on traffic.

It could have been successful but the design itself along with the historical presentation is terrrrrrible

And the whole interactive area feels like an adult chucky cheese
