McBonies on Monroe Rd, not too far from Lupies actually.

There's an awesome restaurant on Graham st called The Village, and just a few blocks down is Tatsis. Both are greek owned but man they have some good ole southern food

At one time every restaurant was owned by Greeks especially in Charlotte. Johns on Westinghouse is great I love it. I remember jimmy's around cpcc before the had new construction was good too.

The Diamond is still good imo food wise at least...I will say though..if you're not a local in Plaza Midwood , don't have tons of visible tattoos, aren't a hipster and have your natural hair color... you get shitty service. I've been there at least 10 times and every times it's the same...oh...you're an outsider..let me act like I'm too cool to wait on your non hipster ass....
