Why would Gregg Williams leave the Saints for the Rams.

Two reasons, one is speculation...

#1 he's buddies with Fisher

#2, maybe he thinks if he goes in there and builds up that Defense he'll be right in line for a HC gig.

Either way, good riddance to that dirty motherf*cker... get out of our division.

Just Curious if anyone knows what the difference between the salery of the head coach and OC or DC?

Fisher and Williams are going to try and relive their Titan glory days, and if Mike Heimerdinger didn't pass away, I bet he would've gotten the call to be the OC.

Heimerdinger's gone, but they got Schottenheimer.

Close in name, at least. How close in results remains to be seen.

Yeah, it's like New Orleans, but less of a ghetto torn up poohole.

You clearly haven't been to St. Louis then. At least you can go out in New Orleans and get some great food or go to a bar. If you go out in St Louis you can get stabbed and then robbed, left to die in the streets.

Did the Eagles fire Castillo yet?

If not, good Lord why? :skep:

It's Andy's decision and he has been on vacation until tomorrow. Big thing is Andy Reid and his ego. He put Castillo in that position and to fire him would be to admit that he was wrong and coach's rarely do that.

Here are some scenarios:

1. Nothins changes - defense seemed to be coming together and were tied for the league in sacks. Could all be fools gold though

2. Castillo "voluntarily" leaves and goes to work with Frazier in Minnesota (as a DC believe it or not) if they fire Pagac.

3. Castillo is demoted to special O-line assistant to Howard Mudd.

I think a lot of it will depend on if Spags is willing to come to Philly as opposed to NO or Atlanta who are rumored to be insterested also.

He may be pondering which of those places offers him the fastest route back into a head coaching job.

If Lurie decides he's had it with Reid next year, would Spagnoulo be heir apparent or would he have competition?

What if he punts Reid and replaces him with Mornhinweg?
