Meeks also wasn't a 'Rivera' guy, something tells me Rivera wanted Wilks from the start and waited another season for his contract to expire.

...and a full off-season. A non-existent off-season last year was the concern for us with a rookie QB, but turned out to be an overall conditioning issue for some key players, IMHO.

meh....godfrey is very good. gamble is elite.

we're half way there.

i think we're alright at nickel as well. so maybe more than halfway there.

better coaching is going to help and you're being awfully narrow-minded if you don't think it will help get the secondary where it needs to be.

Yea, we only need 2 pieces for a really good secondary: a CB2 and a FS.

Maybe Martin problem was Meeks. Seems Martin had a better year last year than this year. Why can't Hogan be the Other CB? From everything I have heard he has the tools for it. Get a FS or Get Martin on the right track and we already have all the pieces for a good Defensive Backfield. Drafting or FA another CB and FS wouldn't hurt.
