Coach Rivera says he has a plan if Chud leaves [that doesn't involve major changes]

Panthers head coach Ron Rivera has had to prepare a plan in case Chudzinski is rewarded with a promotion, and it doesn't include major changes to scheme or personnel, he said. "No matter what happens, we still have to go forward and we'll still have the same players and pretty much the same scheme, so we'll see how things unfold," Rivera told PFW.

not a shock....Chud is running the type O Rivera wants his team to have. Chud leaving won't change what Rivera believes his O should be.

A plan that doesn't involve major changes to scheme or personnel sounds about like they are planning on promoting from within. I would think Shula would be near the top of the list if that's the case.

Thats actually a good question that I don't have the answer to. I would think that Rivera has his own copy of our playbook. I know that when players leave they have to turn them in, everyone has a copy.
