Wow, the first season since Sanchez took over as the Jets QB that his team didn't make it to the Play-off and they turn on him..with the help of the media of course.

Funny that no one turned on Matt Stafford, who was the top QB picked the same year as Sanchez. And after so many years of injuries and what not, he makes it to the play-offs only to be eliminated in the first round. Yet our media chooses to go after Sanchez. I guess it does pay to be the media's "chosen darling" QBs doesn't.

I wonder how long it will take Cam before the media start questioning his abilities as a QB and trying to forced him out of the NFL?

Sanchez never put the team on his back and tried to carry them, can't say the same for Cam. Sanchez looked decent before because he largely just had to manage games and turn the ball over. Neither Stafford nor Cam had that luxury.

Sanchez would be a perfect John Fox QB.

Totally disagree with all of that. How can a guy who has more 4th quarter comebacks than any other QB in the league over the last 2 years be consider someone who has never tried to carry a team? Guy has 10 game winning drives in the last 2 years!!!!

Sanchez looked decent before? This year was far and away his best year as a pro. I am pretty sure he posted his best numbers in almost every single category and it wasn't even close.

Footballisasport is mostly correct in what he is saying. Everyone thinks Sanchez has regressed and was the reason they had a failed year because the NY media made him a scapegoat so that is what everyone believes. Looking at the facts, nothing is further from the truth. The defense, coaching, offensive line and everyone around him were more of a reason than Sanchez. He had his best year, yet the team had their worst year.

Sanchez sucks especially considering where he was drafted. His ceiling is about where Jay Cutler is right now in his career. And Jay Cutler sucks.
