It's all marketing. Mayweather doesn't want anything to do with Pac. This is to save face by being all public about, "I want you! Come get some!" then throwing up this and that reason for not fighting... like wanting blood testing for HGH. Mayweather's shot his mouth off about the UFC a time or two, but then when Dana White stepped up and offered to pit him against the lightweight champ (at the time, Sean Sherk) Mayweather backed off his comments and weaseled out.

Heard someone on radio commenting the other day theorizing that Mayweather might mouth off knowing that there are so many things required to set up a match like this that it'll likely never happen. Guess it's easy to talk big if you know you'll never have to back it up.

Boxing was ruined for me long before these guys (Thanks Don King).

I remember the glory days of guys like Ali, Frazier, Foreman and the lot. The vast majority of today's fighters are paper tigers, pale imitations of yesteryear's fighters. That, plus there are so many different organizations and titles out there that a true "undisputed champion" is pretty hard to find anymore.
