What little highlights there are on youtube with Martin and Reiff, between the two, I'd definitely pick Martin. The only thing Reiff has over Martin right now is probably consistency, but when it comes to talent, Martin has it over Reiff.

I got to tell you, I almost got bored watching Reiff's highlights. He wasn't getting up the field in his run blocks, nor was he knocking guys over. His pass blocking is good but not great. And the competition between the two conferences in which he and Martin plays, goes in favor to Martin.

In Martin's videos, he was getting down the field in his run blocks, reaching the linebackers. He was knocking guys on the ground, and displayed power in his pass blocking. So overall, Reiff's play is consistently a little above average, while Martin has displayed top tier LT skills. That's what I got from the highlights.
