What in this game has shown you that Dre Kirkpatrick would be a good CB? Not saying he can't but nothing in this game has tested him.

He has been good in run support and tackling. But that's always been known. He is a physical dude.

Actually it's not this game, it was the game against Penn State when I saw that he can play at a high intensity and make great plays, like jamming receivers, adjusting to routes, and reading the quarterback.

I will see if I can find some of his highlights from the Penn State game.

That MIGHT be kinda good for us. Big name prospects not showing out in bowl games wont have teams salivating at the mouth going into the draft. Some teams might rethink and go another direction and they could drop to us but i know its a long shot.

Penn States receivers and quarterbacks are terrible though....

not saying Kirk can't play cb in the nfl, just saying that his performance against Penn State is nothing to write home about...

Yeah I've seen enough of him. He is hit or miss for me. Just don't think he lives up to the hype. He is a physical corner but I have my doubts in coverage. He does well in zone coverage and has a lot of potential but I am not sure I can say he is the second best CB in the draft.
