Fact: If Boise State was only beating Charleston Southern by 10 at halftime Lou Holtz would have come on at halftime and slurred through a 10 minute soliloquy of how that was proof that Boise couldn't win in a BCS conference.

So they beat the middle tier teams of the ACC (Virginia and Wake), enjoy the benefits of being tied in with the pooty Big 10 (Nebraska and Ohio State), and beat an overrated KSU team that only beat one quality team this season (Baylor) barely.

Auburn is a mid tier SEC school as is Miss State:rolleyes: The B1G does suck so you have a point there, but that's not the SEC's fault that the rust belt gets the benefit..oh and Arkansas lost to LSU and Bama 41-17 and 38-14 so again your point?

I certainly don't think Oklahoma State would have been blown out by one of those two teams. Oregon gave them a good game (much more competitive than the final score indicated) at LSU.

A +1 system would solve most of these problems anyway. Just have the winner of the Fiesta Bowl (which was OK St) play the winner of the game tonight.

If you watch games you'd know they were inferior (don't like that term, but they are worse). They just don't have defense to compute with top notch SEC teams.

Ah now we get to the root of the argument it's about time.

It's as simple as this: Everyone who matters feels that the Alabama was better than Oklahoma State. The Fiesta Bowl solidified those opinions. Perhaps you don't watch much SEC football, perhaps your opinion is warped because you don't like the conference, but when it comes down to it, you are in an ever waning minority.
