If you think a rookie CB drafted in the 7th round who becomes a career nickel back will be compared to Newton you are dumb.

Simple fact here is that this statement alone already means you're measuring your hypothetical player against Newton. Also, now you're trying to foretell two careers.

A rookie's impact to the league, his position, and his team will all be measured to Newton. Get over it.

Stating what a CB does in his career is comparing him to Cam? Who knew? And rookies drafted late who make no impact to their team and are out of the league in 3 years won't be compared to Cam because there is no comparison. Try again

A CB who comes into the league similar to how Captain did. Who is going to compare them to Cam and what is the comparison?

Use common fuging sense. Who would take the time to compare a shitty CB to Cam Newton. It wouldn't make much sense to compare a poo year to one of the greatest rookie years, but the opportunity is there. The comparison has equal opportunity to every rookie that follows Newton.

Nobody will take the time that is exactly my point. EVERY rookie will not be compared to Cam. Just because the opportunity is there doesn't mean it will happen.

The fact that the opportunity is there means when speaking with hindsight that the inclusion of every rookie is correct literal usage.

Willful ignorance.

The rookie CB drafted in the 7th round who becomes a career nickel back is compared to Newton but is so far distant that no one bothers to think about or discuss it.

Greatest rookie debut ever.

No correct literal usage would be every rookie could be compared to Cam because the opportunity exists.

To be a comparison someone has to think about it. If no one thinks about it the comparison doesn't exist

So you also think if a tree falls in the forest and no one is around to hear it that it would not make a sound.

I would say yes because animals would still hear it and "no one" usually refers to people instead of animals.

Since by the very definition a comparison requires someone to think about the similarities and differences between at least two things, you can't say Newton will be compared a 7th round rookie CB without someone thinking about it

I have a 100% chance of not wanting to see Cam back his way into playing a meaningless couple of second half series in a game I don't tune into anyways. Cam has the potential to be a Pro Bowl starter, an All-Pro and a Super Bowl winning QB....I'd be willing to bet he wouldn't be all that thrilled with lucking his way into an alternate roster spot. I'd rather wait to see him on the Wofford practice field.

is he definitely the reserve QB? It would only take Alex Smith going to the SB for him not to get in, I'd say his odds are much greater than 50%

Which is not impossible.

No one should be surprised if the 49ers beat the Saints at home, since the 49ers defense and running game should be able to slow down the Saints' offense and keep the game manageable. The Saints are not invincible on the road.

It is not inconceivable that the Giants can beat the Packers. They're probably the best equipped team, CLIMATE-WISE, to go into Green Bay and play well, particularly if the Giants run the ball well. You never know what you're going to get from the Giants. They could go out this weekend and play Super Bowl caliber defense and pull an upset.

In other words, I wouldn't be shocked if there's only one Pro Bowl QB still playing after this weekend. Who that will be isn't as certain as one would think.

That pretty much up your intelligence level and why my statement is being so difficult for you to grasp.
