I know we need help on D. Cb, Saftey, Dt,Lb etc....

Watching the No/Det game last night put it all in perspective. Detroits defense is all around better than ours. A better than avg front seven with a decent secondary.

That being said they gave up 600+ yards to the aints.

How can we expect to stop an offense like the saints with a top 10 draft pick and some other minor additions?

And how can we expect to out score them with not to many upgrades on offense?

Rivera had a bunch of no-names and made them the #1 defense in the NFL. Give him an offeason and a few OTAs and we will see a HUGE improvement.

Take a page from John Fox. We were usually able to make things tough on New Orleans over the years. Stop the run and make them 1 dimensional and focus on keeping everything short. Keep someone quick on Sproles and limit the YAC. Hard to do but not hard to know how to beat them.
